If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns may be made by contacting Customer Service: e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and stating the reason(s) for the return.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, Per4ma Sports Technology will, at Per4ma Sports Technology’s option, make an exchange or issue a credit voucher in the amount of the selling price of the returned items. To help prevent fraud, government-issued photo identification is required on all returns and exchanges without a receipt.
